Saskatchewan has NO rent control — no cap on the amount. The limits are frequency (once per 12 months) and notice: typically 1 year for fixed-term renewals or the prescribed notice for periodic tenancies.

No cap

Notice

For a periodic tenancy, the landlord must give the prescribed written notice (commonly several months). For a fixed term, rent changes only at renewal.
