We removed the Free plan to focus on serious users. Lite at $29/mo is our entry point — designed to undercut typical legacy property management software pricing. Every plan includes a 14-day trial with all features unlocked.
How does the 14-day trial work?+
When you sign up, you get a 14-day trial with every feature unlocked, capped at 25 units across 1 building. No charge during trial. After 14 days, your card is charged the plan you picked, and the unit / building caps for that plan kick in.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrade is instant. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
How are add-ons billed?+
Each add-on is metered: every time you use one (e-sign, screening, SMS, etc.), it's tracked and added to your next monthly invoice. You see one invoice per month with everything itemized.
What if I exceed my unit limit?+
You'll get a friendly heads-up email at 80% and 100%. Adding units beyond the limit is read-only until you upgrade. No surprise charges.
Annual plans — what's the discount?+
Annual billing saves you 16% vs monthly (the equivalent of about 2 months free). Paid upfront, committed for 12 months. Switch back to monthly at renewal if you want.
Do you charge per tenant or per property?+
