Yes, for a single unit: Proprietio One is free forever, on approval, in the web app — online rent collection is $4.99 in the months you use it. From two units, Lite at $29/mo is the entry point. Every paid plan starts with a 15-day free trial — no card to start.
How does the 15-day trial work?+
Sign up with no credit card, then complete a verified business profile — company name, business address and business phone. Core features open right away for 15 days, up to 25 units: properties, units, tenants, leases, rent tracking, maintenance and messaging. AI features, the 50-state rules engine, document templates and bulk exports, the API, MCP and integrations, online rent collection and tenant screening unlock when you add a card. Stripe verifies the card; nothing is charged during the trial, or at all until you choose a plan. If the trial ends without a plan, your account turns read-only and is deleted 30 days later — we email you before that. One free trial per person and per company.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrade is instant. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
How are add-ons billed?+
Each add-on is metered: every time you use one (e-sign, screening, SMS, etc.), it's tracked and added to your next monthly invoice. You see one invoice per month with everything itemized.
What if I exceed my unit limit?+
You'll get a heads-up email at 80% and 100% of your plan's units. Past that, adding a unit asks you to move up a plan; above 1,000 units the same platform continues on per-door pricing. No size limit, no surprise charges.

Do you charge per tenant or per property?+
No. Tenant accounts and owner portal users are unlimited on every plan. Owner & manager seats grow with your plan — from 1 on Lite to unlimited on Pro — and each one includes 3 seats for other teammates (leasing, maintenance, accounting…), unlimited on Pro. Only your unit count moves the price.
