What We Shipped in April 2026
S3 file storage, Sentry monitoring, accessibility pass, mobile responsive, brand refresh — busy month.
April was a heads-down infrastructure month. Here's what's new.
S3 file storage
All new tenant documents, signed leases, screening reports now go to AWS S3 instead of base64 in Postgres. Your dashboard loads ~3x faster. Existing files keep working as before. No action needed.
Sentry monitoring (front + API)
Every error in your account is now captured automatically with full stack trace and 30-second pre-error session replay (front-end). We can debug issues you encounter without you having to describe them.
Accessibility pass (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Skip-link, focus-trap modals, ARIA landmarks, semantic HTML throughout. Lighthouse accessibility score went from 78 to 94. If you use a screen reader or rely on keyboard navigation, the experience is dramatically better.
Mobile responsive
Sidebar becomes a slide-in drawer on phone. Tables scroll horizontally instead of breaking layout. Modals go full-screen on small viewports. Test it — open Proprietio on your phone and add a property. Should feel native.
Teal brand palette
We migrated from blue/violet (which competed visually with EliseAI and other AI-vibe brands) to teal/cyan. Same logo, fresher feel.
